If you are not completely satisfied with a Viola Traders purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to Viola Traders by mail within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund to your credit card, for the price of the item(s). Return shipping and handling fees are on buyer. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- If we receive your item(s) within 31-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Viola Traders Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
- Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
- Viola Traders is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
There are two easy ways to return your items(s):
Return to Viola Traders by Mail
- Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
- Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Viola Traders packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
For Gift returns:
- If you are returning a gift and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please call 1-404-725-4515 to set-up the gift return under your account.
- Check the "I am returning a gift" box on the back of your Return Form and indicate the reason for return as "5-Gift". Please fill out all the information on the Return Form. If you do not have an email address, leave it blank.
- Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time shopping on www.violetjolie.com.You may also call us at 1-404-725-4515 to redeem your online store credit.
For Amazon.com returns
received within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card. Within 31-90 days of purchase date, you will receive a Viola Traders online store credit. Once your Amazon.com return is processed, you will need to call 1-404-725-4515 to redeem your online store credit.
